Ordering & payment
Designing and submitting a case places a request, not a charge — there is no payment online. We'll email you to confirm your order and arrange payment and delivery before anything is printed. Your order isn't final until we've confirmed it.
Pricing & shipping
Cases are $20.00 each (NZD). Shipping within New Zealand is $6.50 urban, $10.00 rural, and free on orders over $60.00. We currently ship within New Zealand only. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 days of confirmation.
Returns on custom items
Each case is printed to order with your design, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. This doesn't affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act: if a case arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from your approved design, contact us and we'll replace it or put it right.
Your design & content
You keep ownership of the photos and artwork you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We only use your design to produce and deliver your order. See our privacy note for how we store it.
